Food was so good I forgot to take a picture. The building is in the perfect location with one of the nicest views. Service was absolutely amazing, felt very welcomed and Kyle made us feel right at home. The coffee was one of the best coffees I've ever had! I was a little worried that I wouldn't like the coconut flavor but it just elevated the drink soo much. The tikiyaki might have been one of the best teriyaki bowls , the chicken was so good I practically licked the bowl clean; 100% recommend it with the spicy sesame sauce. 10/10 service 10/10 food 100% would make the two hour trip from home to get this again.

The service at Tropicali in Big Bear is really good. They make you feel welcome and take care of you as a diner. Along with the relaxed and cool ambiance, it feels worth visiting for the experience alone. We ordered the Kraken and the Pele poke bowls. The tuna quality was good, fresh, and had a nice texture and bite. The bowls came with solid side ingredients that added a nice crunch, like cucumbers and wonton strips. The coconut shavings were an interesting touch, adding a soft, sweet flavor that was unexpected but worked. The sauce was decent but nothing that stood out. Overall, Tropicali is worth visiting for the service and atmosphere, especially after a day on the slopes. The poke tasted fresh and enjoyable, but it wasn't anything particularly special.

This is a must stop when in big bear. I know, I know. Most people don't think great quality seafood in the mountains. Well that was not the case here. We got the Luau Bowl (some seriously good smoked pork), Kraken Bowl (sushi grade ahi with rice) and a Cabo Bowl (take the kraken and amp it up with their spicy sauce and jalapeños). The island style waffle was also delicious and a great purchase. Be prepared to leave with your wallet a little lighter as there's definitely a mountain premium but man was this great Poke. Check out some of my photos for a sweet sweet vibe. Really fun decor on the inside and cool patio if the weathers good! Tips: get here early as they've only been open for 20 days or so in their new location and they get more crowded as the day goes on.

Poke up in Big Bear had me speechless. So freakin yummy! No more scrambling to find that pizza or BBQ spot cuz this is delicious. There are incense sticks that I think mess with the initial experience of the food, but the incense matches with the vibe of the eclectic decor that will suck you in. Went for the food, dined in for the vibe. If it's not your vibe inside, there is outdoor seating with great view of the lake. Very relaxing outside. Inside there is a ton to look at. Restrooms are big with multiple stalls. Clean too. Ordered at a kiosk, picked our seat, and they call your name when the order is ready for pickup atthe counter. Plethora of friendly helpful staff that would go above and beyond for you.

Wow!! Talk about amazing customer service. The line to order was out the door, took around 30 mins! The owner was walking around to each person asking if they'd like a drink on the house while they waited! Food was amazing, super fresh ingredients! The staff is willing to make recommendations, you can tell everyone is passionate about working there! Highly recommended!!

If you are walking through the mouth of a shark to get in, you know its going to be an experience. I felt as if I stepped into a Disney themed food joint. Disney themed as in they line and decor reminded me of waiting in line at like Indiana Jones. Its wild inside, so many things to take a look at, staff is also super energetic. Ordering is done through a kiosk but as you wait the staff member will take your orders and you can have your drinks while you wait. I thought the portions would be bigger but I like that the menu is very straight forward. Tuna was so fresh, the toppings delicious, seasoning was a little salty, more rice would have balanced it out or less sauce. Overall really fun experience, good food

Krakatoa bowl was our new favorite when we visited this year--sweet, savory, and slightly spicy. Blue crush was as awesome as always, and so was the friendly service!!

Our first visit back in 3 years and it did not disappoint. We were surprised by the new, larger location but certainly not disappointed - the crew did an amazing job at really showcasing their unique and lighthearted but trendy style through the inner decor. According to the guys, we came ~10 days after their re-opening. While the lines were quite long, drinks could be ordered en route to the ordering kiosk. Prices were fair considering the burst of flavors and colors.

Shoutout to the boys for always keeping it --cool, personable, and just straight vibes. Y'all the real MVPs! My go-to? THE CRACK-A-TOA (off-menu). You're welcome. That thing is absolutely GAS, my friends. To wash it down? You gotta hit either the Berry Gangster (also off-menu, because we're ahead of the game) or the Gangster Piña . Both are liquid gold. The music? Fire. The vibe? Immaculate. The food? Next-level, top-tier, never-been-done-before--DESTROYING all other poke spots out there. Yes, the line can be a little long , but hey, greatness takes time. Meet someone cool, vibe out, and prepare for the best poke of your LIFE. Cheers, legends! - Nick "The Solar Guy"

7/5 , the kraken bowl was scrumdiddlyumptious. The cold brews are great too. My girlfriend got the Paniolo because she can't handle raw fish, her face lit up with her first bite! The people at the counter are incredibly nice and chill as well. Definitely coming back here for each trip.
